DPO - Data Privacy / Protection Officer role involves serving as delegated process owner for PH office privacy procedures ensuring compliance with privacy policies and regulations reviewing refining privacy processes proactively identifying implementing privacy best practices to mitigate risks maintaining updating register of processing activities ensuring accurate documentation of data processing activities related information coordinating assisting response to privacy incidents ensuring prompt identification assessment reporting data breaches conducting assisting data protection impact assessments DPIAs for new projects existing personal data processing activities conducting delivering training raising awareness employees understand their roles protecting data participating specific portfolio management reviews assessing impact on privacy requirements.
