As a Payroll Data Analyst, You Will…
- Audit HRIS, Payroll, and Time & Attendance System entries.
- Prepare and audit hours sent to temp agencies.
- Create and import bulk payroll entries.
- Prepare Bonus and Incentive entries.
- Create and deliver payroll financial management reports.
- Perform monthly benefit reconciliations (Oversee bi-weekly benefit repayments).
- Prepare Ad hoc reports as requested.
- Identify opportunities to increase efficiency with automation.
As a Payroll Data Analyst, You Have…
- 1-2 years of experience in a finance role.
- Previous HR or Payroll experience could be an asset.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving experience with attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment as well as independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent communication skills: listening, verbal, and written.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Above-average report writing experience.
- Quick learner, has an eager personality.
