Job descriptionPosition:
General AccountantReporting to: Accounting SupervisorDepartment: AccountingMission: The General Accountant will help and support the Accounting Supervisor inthe timely preparation and submission of accounting reports and payment of taxes byensuring the smooth completion of daily tasks, proper computation of taxes and itstimely payment, and accurate and thorough reconciliation of accounts

Responsibilities:

Assist in all regular accounting processes such as A/P and Journal Entries plusmonthly closure accounts.
Organize all company financial programs and ensure compliance to budgetaryrequirements.
Monitor and implement all accounts payable check activation and wiretransactions.
Assist departments in the account reconciliation process on a monthly basis.
Administer all bank transactions and oversee data recording procedures monthly.
Provide support to auxiliary schedules for auditing purposes as per assignedwork.
Collate bank statements on a monthly basis.
Provide support to safe keeping of internal expenses in the company.

Monitor account reconciliation, tax and calculations inclusive of cost accounting.
Qualifications:

BS Accountancy graduate; fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Basic knowledge of Philippine taxation and compliance

Experience with Quick books preferred but not requiredPay: Php15, Php18,000.00 per month
