We are looking for a People Shared Services Associate to join our team. As a People Shared Services Associate, you will be responsible for employee data management such as contract administration, certificate generation, benefit data administration and archiving personnel documents in Workday. You will also collaborate with stakeholders to enhance the employee experience and maintain confidentiality.- Facilitate employment life cycle data management and changes such as but not limited to onboarding and off boarding etc.
- Facilitate time registration travel expenses leave benefits etc.
