    The Project Manager will be responsible for developing and executing end-to-end project management activities to achieve Global Payroll Organization's program goals.

    This role is a critical component in Company's drive towards Superior Execution and standardization within payroll.

    This role should be able to demonstrate creativity and flexibility when creating and driving project plans and estimates, scope and requirements from implementation to deployment; proactively manage and report on execution of deliverables; and master communications across multiple stakeholders aligning priorities and direction.


    Must have:

    • Bachelor's Degree 10+ years' experience in Project Management and Performance Excellence
    • Solid Program Management skills
    • Strong organizational skills
    • Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills
    • Client Relationship Management
    • Strategic thinking (Ops strategy, strategic planning, etc.) & execution
    • Strong oral and written English communication skills
    • Knowledge of Japanese
    language Good to have:
    • Operational Excellence or Operational Improvement roles.

    • Experience working in a global, virtual environment across time zones

    • Project Management Professional or similar certifications
