Job summary
To accurately and timely resolve all Billing AR and Collections queries escalations About IWG we have made it possible for organisations individuals everywhere to take a new approach to the traditional working day.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the timely closure of all queries escalations Conducts investigation as necessary to address requirement inquiry Coordinates with various teams within GSC centre teams LSC teams to effectively close out any query escalation Escalation of critical issues to manager to help reach quick resolution Conducts Escalations Analysis to determine preventive actions drive improvement in different finance processes Identify process improvements deliver agreed process efficiencyeffectiveness Conducts process trainings upskill members team Ensure process documentation complete up-to-date
Qualifications
- At least 2 years experience Order Cash process such as Billing Accounts Receivable blue-chip multinational environment University degree college diploma preferably Finance Business Graduate Finance related course equivalent Excellent customer service skills including clear communication fast responses quick thinking ability remain flexible calm high pressure continually changing situations Strong problem-solving skills Working knowledge billing AR Collections AP processing Excellent written verbal communication skills Self-starter who can work direction little supervision Solid organisational skills prioritise multitask demanding environment Team builder Recognises importance team Highly proficient using various accounting applications Ability manage multiple priorities work under pressure adapt dynamic fast-paced environment}
