• Performs general cleaning and minor maintenance duties in maintaining the library building, adjacent walks and grounds, and equipment in clean, orderly and functional condition.
• Provides assistance to staff, visitors and other employees as necessary.

• At least a High School Graduate.
• Has Basic MS Office Applications an advantage but not required.
• With or without relevant work experience.
• Organized and a Team Player.
• Honest, Diligent and Hardworking.
• Knowledgeable in Office Maintenance/Janitorial Services.
• Ability to relate to officials, staff and the public in a courteous manner.
