    Job Description:

    Manages & Assist HOD/Manager in all supply chain activities that encompass the supply of all retail, food products including 3PL service providers, transport and food vendors.

    To provide supply chain expertise, project management, analytical and influencing skills to enable cost effective and scalable supply chain systems that promote product flow, achieve all quality standards and generate store and customer value.


    Job Purpose:

    Your responsibilities include:
    planning inventory flow, analyzing statistical data, and generating forecasting solutions. You will also estimate future product demand, analyze inventory flow, and develop forecast models. To succeed in this role, you should be professional, highly-analytical, and possess excellent communication skills. The successful candidate should also have an in-depth knowledge of advanced mathematical and forecasting policies.


    Responsibilities:

    • Develop effective forecast models based on industry trends and demand patterns.
    • Support management with risk assessments and mitigation activities
    • Propose and implement solutions to improve demand forecast accuracy.
    • Successfully communicate forecast and inventory estimations to management. Monitor and report on important changes in sales forecasts, budgets, and business strategies.
    • Manage inventory levels and ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods. Address demand-related issues in a timely and effective manner.
    • Establish and maintain relationships with key suppliers, customers, and other stakeholders.
    • To Assist VP for Performing cost analysis and develop cost-saving initiatives & Pricing Negotiation.
    • Any ad-hoc duties assigned by HOD/ Managements

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in business course, supply chain or other relevant fields.
    • A minimum of 3 years' experience in a demand planning/forecasting role.
    • Solid understanding of inventory management practices and procedures.
    • Strong mathematical and statistical knowledge.
    • Capability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
