Job Summary
As a Warranty Operations Representative, you are responsible for processing dealer warranty claims of Hyundai Truck and Bus, Chevrolet, and Volvo.
About the opportunity
- Check and gather all VINs reported by Dealers.
- Monitoring and follow-up on unregistered VINs.
- Submit MRDS to GWMS
- Review and Process PC Warranty Claims in GWMS
- Conduct actual parts evaluation/ inspection to dealer
- Conduct Dealer Warranty Operation Review(WOR)
- Monitoring and Coordination for PDI Warranty Claims
- Conduct actual parts evaluation/ inspection on PDI claims
- Creation and Monitoring of ACM Payment to Dealers
- Monitoring and follow-up on the Seatbelt Campaign for PUJ
- Regular calls and Update of Warranty Concerns
- Monitoring of Suppliers Warranty Concerns
- Check the count of remaining service possports
- Request for Service Possport to SMD
- Check the dealer for an over 90 days' warranty on parts
- Process Dealer Disposal Request
Qualifications/Requirements
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree holder, preferably in Automotive Technology
With at least 3 years of experience in the Automotive Industry
Experience Warranty department is a huge plus
Willing to work on-site in Makati City
Work location
CITY OF MAKATI, NCR, FOURTH DISTRICT
