- In co-ordination with the Quality Manager, represent the Quality function to the customer in calls meetings, business reviews and as needed
- Ensure program delivery is in line with customer performance metrics
- Responsibility for the direct support, regular feedback and performance management for the identified group, including goal setting and monitoring of performance
- Communicate deadlines and assist the group with day-to-day functions and answer questions and assist with problems from the team
- Onboard new hires and ensure on the job training is conducted effectively and on time
- Deliver regular reports and results of quality performance and improvement initiatives from direct reports, as well as escalate any potential issues to the Quality Manager
- Responsibility for the quality across locales, including responsibility for testing, quality reviews and education/training
- Provide educational support through web-based eLearning materials, online video production and webinar hosting, to support performance improvement processes and ensure clear understanding of program guidelines.
- You may be required to fulfill other duties as needed due to customer requirements.
- Prior experience in Quality is essential
- Leadership or project management experience is desirable
- Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality with proprietary information
- Effective leadership and excellent interpersonal skills
- Time management and strong organizational skills are essential
- Strong attention to detail, analytical skills and excellent communications
- Strong team player with the ability to partner across full program team
