    Overview

    A fast-growing B2B cross-border payments platform is seeking a hands-on Digital Marketing Manager to lead brand growth, digital acquisition, and go-to-market execution. This role blends strategy and execution — ideal for a marketing "builder" who can design campaigns and personally launch, optimize, and track them.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Brand & Digital Strategy
    • Define brand messaging, tone, and content pillars
    • Ensure consistency across website, social, campaigns, and events
    Social Media & Content Execution
    • Own multi-channel strategy (LinkedIn, X, Instagram, YouTube, etc.)
    • Manage a rolling content calendar and publishing schedule
    • Build thought leadership in cross-border payments and diaspora commerce
    • Track engagement, growth, and inbound performance
    Go-To-Market (GTM) Campaigns
    • Plan and execute structured product and partnership launches
    • Oversee messaging, landing pages, email campaigns, and amplification
    • Track and optimize traffic, engagement, and conversions
    Community & Brand Growth
    • Build and nurture a digital community (founders, traders, fintech ecosystem)
    • Host live sessions and drive referral/advocacy initiatives
    Content, PR & SEO
    • Manage long-form and short-form content, newsletters, and case studies
    • Secure podcast features, guest articles, and media mentions
    • Own SEO strategy, keyword alignment, and on-page optimization
    • Improve website conversion rates through CRO testing
    Marketing Systems & Automation
    • Build and manage end-to-end funnels using Zoho One (CRM, Campaigns, Marketing Automation, Analytics, Forms, Flow, etc.)
    • Architect and manage ClickUp marketing workspaces, automations, dashboards, and SOPs
    • Deploy ClickUp AI agents to streamline campaigns, reporting, and content workflows
    • Use for lead sourcing, enrichment, and segmentation
    • Maintain weekly performance reporting dashboards

    Requirements

    Required Experience:
    • 3-5 years in digital marketing, growth, or brand strategy (B2B SaaS/fintech preferred)
    • Proven execution of full digital campaigns (social, SEO, PR, community, GTM)
    • Advanced Zoho One configuration experience
    • Advanced ClickUp (automation, dashboards, architecture)
    • Experience deploying AI workflow agents
    • Strong SEO, analytics (GA4, Search Console), and CRO knowledge
    • Hands-on with Canva and modern content/AI tools
    • Strong storytelling and structured writing ability
    • Entrepreneurial, highly disciplined executor
