    Must be a licensed Nurse with an updated PRC License.

    Flexibility to work on shifting schedule, weekends, and Holidays.
    Strong leadership skills
    Computer literate
    Can start ASAP.


    JOB DESCRIPTION

    • Keeps medical records of employees.
    • Promptly attends to the medical needs of all employees, members, guests and other entities.
    • Provides proper treatment to all patients with the supervision of company physician.
    • Establishes a compassionate environment by providing emotional, psychological, and spiritual support to patients.
    • Identifies patient care requirements by establishing personal rapport with patients.
    • Ensures that employees who are to be confined or are confined in the hospital are assisted and visited.
    • Transports patient to the hospital for appropriate management and treatment.
    • Reviews and evaluate medical benefits of employees.
    • Coordinates with the company physician regarding health conditions of patient.
    • Coordinates and assists in the implementation of health education and training to all employees.
    • Coordinates with CAAP and other accredited hospitals regarding all medical concerns of employees (referrals, medical diagnostic, laboratory results, confinement).
    • Assists in the annual physical examination.
    • Maintains supplies inventory.
    • Maintains continuity among medical staff by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs of patients.
    • Performs related task that may be assigned by immediate superiors.
