- Make sure customer balances are accurate and updated on time.
- Monitor outstanding receivables and help keep our records clean and clear.
- Coordinate with clients and team members to sort out any discrepancies quickly and professionally.
- Keep track of vendor payables and ensure accuracy across accounts.
- Process vendor payments promptly and reliably.
- Communicate with suppliers to resolve any issues and maintain strong working relationships.
- Prepare and issue invoices to customers and international agents.
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness of billing based on completed transactions.
- Help follow up on payments when needed, with tact and consistency.
- Create easy-to-understand monthly financial reports for senior management.
- Assist with internal documentation, reconciliations, and reporting needs.
- Support the finance team with ad hoc reporting as the business grows.
- Make sure utilities, are paid on time.
- Coordinate the renewal of business permits and licenses so operations stay compliant.
- Help keep our back office running efficiently and reliably.
- A graduate of Accountancy, Finance, or a related course
- Has at least 2 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance
- Familiar with accounting software and comfortable using Excel
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines
- Has good communication skills and can work well with different teams
- Experience in logistics or freight forwarding is a plus
- Ready to grow with a team that values accountability, initiative, and trust
