    Job Responsibilities

    • Work with AMPI Engineering and Planning, and AML Engineering and PMs to coordinate Probe Test, Assembly build, Qual Test, and Final Test activities at AMPI based on priorities provided by PMs.
    • Originate Assembly ERFs and Test ERFs, where appropriate.
    • Work with AMPI Probe Planning to coordinate processing of probe engineering materials at AMPI. Provide information needed by Probe Planners prior launching the wafers in Probe WIP.
    • Work with AMPI Qual and Reliability Group and Planning to coordinate qual material processing.
    • Coordinate with AMPI Planner on engineering assembly builds.
    • Coordinate with AMPI Planner on final test movement to Sample Stock of material to support RTM.
    • Ensure that approvals requiring AMPI personnel are completed in a timely manner, such as but not limited to Probe & Final Test PTC, ECNs going through EtQ document control system.
    • Submit lot termination and track lot ownership as needed.
    • Create links to deliverables for items completed in AMPI, i.e. Probe and FT PTCs, qual plans.
    • Participate in and support high-level planning of top priority projects of AML PM. Communicate status, issues, and results to AML and AMPI stakeholders. Interfaces with U.S. counterparts on PM activities. Develop and recommend solutions to improve process for a timely product release to Market and/or to Production.
    • Utilize the SharePoint, Apollo, Phoenix, and other PM Tools in performing tasks.

    Minimum Qualifications

    • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent with 3- 5 years of industry experience
    • 5 years in semiconductor industry
    • Knowledgeable in Project Management, Planning, Product Development, Probe Test, Final Test and Qual and Reliability processes .
    • Knowledgeable in electronic theories, device operation and circuits and its basic operations.
    • Literate in use of computer and office software, experience in MS Project is highly desirable
    • Knowledgeable with the following modern and latest Automated Test Equipment (ATE) such as TEL Probers, RASCO, ISMECA and UENO handlers
    • Deliver trainings to associates
    • Dynamic contributor to U.S. Product Development teams through phone conferencing and email communications
    • Proactively update U.S. Product teams on assigned action items
    • Complete multiple projects at a time and a process improvement contributor
