    Cybersecurity Operations – Identity & Access Management (IAM)

    Experience: 2–18 Years (Associate Consultant to Manager)

    Location: Makati

    Work Mode: Hybrid

    Shift: Regular / Mid

    Must to have - Expertise required in any one of L2/L3/L4 Support in IGA/Access Management & Directory/PAM

    Operations-Specific Responsibilities (for Support Roles)

    • Provide L2/L3/L4 support for IAM platforms and resolve access and provisioning issues.
    • Monitor IAM system health, troubleshoot incidents, and ensure platform stability.
    • Support access certification campaigns, user access reviews, and governance processes.
    • Perform application onboarding and integration support.
    • Work closely with engineering and security teams to resolve escalations and improve platform performance.

    Cybersecurity Consultant – Identity & Access Management (IAM)

    Must to have - Expertise required in any one of IAM frameworks – Sailpoint/Saviynt/ Trusted AI Engineer/Entra ID

    We are hiring Cybersecurity Engineers with expertise in Identity and Access Management (IAM) to support implementation, integration, and operations of enterprise identity security solutions. This role involves identity lifecycle management, access governance, provisioning, integrations, and operational support across enterprise systems.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Implement, configure, and support IAM/IGA solutions to manage user identities and access.
    • Design and maintain identity lifecycle processes including provisioning, de-provisioning, and access changes (Joiner-Mover-Leaver).
    • Configure access requests, roles, policies, certifications, and governance controls.
    • Integrate IAM solutions with enterprise systems such as Active Directory, cloud platforms, HR systems, databases, and business applications.
    • Develop and support workflows, automation, and integrations using APIs, scripting, and connectors.
    • Provide operational support including incident resolution, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and performance optimization.
    • Support access reviews, compliance requirements, and audit activities.
    • Collaborate with security, infrastructure, and application teams to ensure secure access management.
    • Participate in continuous improvement and optimization of IAM processes and platforms.

    Required Skills

    • Experience in IAM expertise in any one of these - Sailpoint/Saviynt/ Trusted AI Engineer/Entra ID
    • Strong understanding of identity lifecycle management, access provisioning, RBAC, and access governance.
    • Experience integrating IAM solutions with directories, cloud platforms, databases, and enterprise applications.
    • Knowledge of APIs, web services (REST/SOAP), and system integrations.
    • Experience with scripting or programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.
    • Working knowledge of SQL, XML, and JSON.
    • Understanding of authentication, authorization, and identity security best practices.
    • Experience in troubleshooting, monitoring, and supporting enterprise applications.
    • Familiarity with compliance, audit, and security governance requirements.
