- Keep in touch with the drivers (by phone).
- Reschedule appointments when needed.
- Communicate with the coordinators regarding jobs.
- Become familiar with the areas in California, in particular Southern California areas.
- Receive allocation of orders (reference numbers) from LA office.
- Call on orders allocated to check on status of subpoena.
- Type detailed message in the system after each phone call.
- Make appointments for the drivers to go to the locations.
- Fill in already created letters in MS Word and e-fax to location, attorney office, or LA office.
- Receive phone calls from locations already served by the company.
- Send work updates daily to LA office via e-mail
- Work and review the orders assigned
- determine the insurance/carrier to be collected from
- followup either by phone, email and fax
- send demand letters/invoices
- .Must be a graduate of any bacheloru0027s degree or any vocational/associate course
- Undergraduates who finished at least 2 years in college from any course are also welcome to apply
- At least 1 year of call center working experience is preferred
- Good English Communication skill is required with little to no accent
