    Job Overview

    We are seeking a highly skilled Acquisition Specialist to join our team at SM-Advantage. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and implementing acquisition efforts across all channels, including development and implementation of acquisition and channel strategy.

    The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Management, or a relevant field, with at least 5 years of experience in Sales and Marketing, including 2 years in Marketing, Sales, or Member Acquisition.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement acquisition and channel strategies to drive business growth.
    • Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of acquisition efforts.
    • Engage third-party vendors as needed to support campaign execution.
    • Manage campaigns from proposal to post-campaign reports, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
    • Recommend process improvements to enhance user experience and convenience of acquisition channels.
    • Prepare and disseminate regular acquisition reports to stakeholders.
    • Lead assigned projects related to Acquisition, Activation, and Registration.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Management, or a relevant field.
    • At least 5 years of experience in Sales and Marketing, with 2 years in Marketing, Sales, or Member Acquisition.
    • Strong communication, presentation, project management, and analytical skills.
    • Data savvy, strategic thinker, and team player with a can-do attitude, able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
