Job Scope1. Identify areas for potential products and clients. Contacting potential suppliers and clients toestablish a new business relationship.2. Develop new sales and improve sales through various methods.3. Research the latest in the business industry and create new opportunities to expand business.4. Train new salespeople to improve sales goals and meet expectations.5. Lead team in product demonstrations.6.

Lead the team in collaborating with the technical team and or suppliers to ensure the feasibility of proposedsolutions and or products.7.

Strong understanding of company products or services as well as business position andcompetition to keep new business competitive8. Reports and collaboration with management.

Technical Proficiency:

• Understand the technical aspects of audio-visual equipment and solutions.

• Ability to translate complex technical information into easily understandableterms for clients.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in business, management, marketing, or any related field.2. Five years minimum experience in Pro AV is a MUST.3. Technical experience working in the audio-visual industry to ensure the individual understands theproducts and solutions and communicates their benefits.
