Fortem is looking for a Brand Support Officer who thrives in structured, fast-paced environments and understands that strong brands are built through consistent execution and coordination.

Based primarily onsite in Quezon City, this role supports brand campaigns, marketing initiatives, and trade activities by ensuring materials, timelines, and deliverables are executed accurately and on schedule.

This role is best suited for individuals who have hands-on experience supporting marketing or brand teams, managing collateral rollouts, coordinating with suppliers, and tracking campaign implementation from planning to deployment.

Key Accountabilities

Support the execution of brand campaigns, trade activations, and marketing initiatives
Coordinate production of marketing materials (POSM, print, digital assets, merchandising tools)
Liaise with suppliers, designers, printers, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of brand materials
Track marketing budgets, purchase requests, and expense documentation
Monitor inventory and deployment of brand materials across branches or territories
Assist in event coordination, booth setups, and promotional activities
Maintain brand asset files, documentation, and organized campaign records
Prepare reports on campaign rollouts, material utilization, and activation status
Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints and materials

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Business, or related field
At least 2–4 years of experience in Brand Support, Trade Marketing, Marketing Operations, or similar role
Demonstrated experience coordinating marketing materials production and vendor management
Familiarity with POSM deployment, event logistics, or trade activation execution
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in tracking budgets, timelines, and deliverables
Comfortable working primarily onsite in Quezon City to support coordination and execution requirements
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and experienced in working with creative or design teams
Background in FMCG, construction materials, retail, or distribution-driven industries is an advantage
