    We are seeking a Senior Media Manager who will play a pivotal role in transforming media into a commercial growth driver. This position partners closely with agencies, brand teams, and cross‑functional groups—including Digital Tech, CRM/Loyalty, Retail Experience, and Channel Orchestration—to deliver measurable business impact at scale.

    You will combine strategic leadership, operational excellence, and strong partnership management to ensure media investments are consumer‑first, data‑driven, and performance‑optimized.

    Strategic Media Leadership

    • Develop media strategies that balance long-term brand building with performance marketing.
    • Lead data-driven planning and deliver measurable outcomes.
    • Provide strategic direction to agencies and brand partners.
    • Oversee omnichannel planning across paid, owned, and earned touchpoints.

    Cross‑Functional Business Partnership

    • Embed media strategy into business unit and regional priorities.
    • Collaborate with Digital Tech, CRM, Analytics, and Retail teams to create full‑funnel journeys.
    • Work with Finance and Procurement to ensure investment efficiency and accountability.
    • Align media and content with IMC and Creative teams.

    Data‑Driven Performance & Measurement

    • Implement comprehensive measurement frameworks and attribution methodologies.
    • Define KPIs and drive performance optimization through real-time insights.
    • Partner with analytics teams to convert data into actionable decision-making.

    Innovation, Platforms & Future Growth

    • Lead experimentation across emerging platforms, formats, and technologies (e.g., AI, retail media).
    • Build partnerships with media and tech platforms to unlock innovation.
    • Identify forward‑looking opportunities to future‑proof media strategy.

    Capability Building, Governance & Operational Excellence

    • Identify gaps in skills, tools, and processes; implement scalable solutions.
    • Develop training materials, playbooks, and best practices for regional and global teams.
    • Ensure adherence to media governance standards.
    • Promote a culture of agility, accountability, and continuous improvement.

    Qualifications

    • At least 7 years of experience in global or regional media roles (client or agency side).
    • Proven success in:
    • Integrated media strategy across brand + performance marketing.
    • Managing large‑scale media investments across digital, offline, and CRM/loyalty.
    • Leading global/regional media agency relationships.
    • Building omnichannel planning ecosystems (paid, owned, earned).
    • Using data-driven frameworks (attribution, incrementality, optimization).
    • Strong understanding of martech/adtech systems.
    • Comfortable working cross-functionally within matrixed, multicultural teams.
    • Willing to work in Ortigas, Pasig City under a hybrid schedule (2 days onsite/week).
