About the role
We are looking for enthusiastic Customer Service Representatives to join our dynamic team at the YWA HUMAN RESOURCE CORPORATION' Call Center located in Bridgetowne, Pasig City. As a CSR, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients in the travel industry. This is a full-time role based in our Ortigas, Pasig City office.
What you'll be doing
- Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers in a professional and courteous manner
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and effective manner
- Provide accurate information about products and services
- Upsell and cross-sell relevant products and services to customers
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
- Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate team or department
- Actively participate in training sessions to enhance your product knowledge and customer service skills
What we're looking for
- At least 1 year of experience in a customer service or call centre role, preferably in the travel industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers from diverse backgrounds
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to think on your feet
- Proficiency in English, both written and verbal
- Familiarity with computer systems and basic office software (e.g. MS Office)
- A positive, enthusiastic and customer-focused attitude
