- Manage daily production activities to achieve targets and meet deadlines
- Optimize the use of machinery, labor, and raw materials for efficient operations
- Track production schedules and adjust resources as needed to stay on target
- Ensure products meet all quality, customer, and regulatory standards while maintaining strict safety and environmental compliance
- Coordinate with QA to resolve non-conformances, conduct audits and investigations, and implements corrective and preventive actions
- Drive continuous process improvements to enhance product consistency, operational efficiency, and overall safety
- Identify and execute process improvements to boost efficiency, reduce waste, and lower prodcution costs
- Apply lean manufacturing and continuous improvementpractices to streamline operations
- Lead, mentor, and develop production teams to strengthen performance and capability
- Foster a positive, safety-focused, and results-driven work culture
- Conduct performance reviews and implement training programs to enhance skills and growth
- Manage plant budgets, production costs, and resource allocation to ensure financial control and operational efficiency
- Track KPIs and production metrics to maintain cost-effective performance and identify improvement opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, regulators, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth collaboration and compliance
- Align all stakeholders on quality, regulatory, and production standards to support consistent, compliant operations
- Enable new product development by ensuring the plant is prepared, capable, and scalable for production needs
