Job Summary
We are looking for a Delivery Lead to oversee end-to-end recruitment delivery, ensuring timely and quality fulfillment of client hiring requirements. This role will manage a team of recruiters, drive performance, and act as the key point of contact for stakeholders across Malaysia, Singapore, and Indonesia.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of recruiters to achieve hiring targets
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment delivery across multiple roles and regions
- Act as the main point of contact for clients and stakeholders (SEA region)
- Manage requisition allocation, prioritization, and tracking
- Ensure adherence to SLAs, KPIs, and turnaround times
- Monitor team performance and provide coaching and guidance
- Conduct regular team huddles, performance reviews, and reporting
- Identify process improvements to enhance delivery efficiency
- Handle escalations and ensure timely resolution
- Maintain strong client relationships and ensure satisfaction
Requirements
- 4–7 years of experience in recruitment/staffing, with leadership experience
- Proven experience managing a team and handling multiple requisitions
- Experience working with or supporting clients in Malaysia, Singapore, and Indonesia
- Strong stakeholder and client management skills
- Experience in volume hiring or managed services environment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven setup
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
Nice to Have
- Experience in IT and/or non-IT recruitment delivery
- Exposure to BFSI or regional hiring accounts
- Familiarity with ATS, recruitment tools, and reporting metrics
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to Php65,000.00 per month
