- Full‑Time Site Supervision – Maintain continuous onsite presence to witness and validate all critical construction activities
- Support the Project Director in managing the construction project, management of the EPC contractor and resolving issues in the first instance
- Quality Assurance / Quality Control Oversight – Monitor and validate all onsite QA/QC procedures.
- A minimum of 15 years of total experience including delivery / completion in large projects
- A Bachelor's degree in Civil or Geotechnical Engineering, ideally a Masters
- Experienced onsite supervision for hydropower projects.

This is a site-based position, the Chief Resident Engineer will work closely with the Project Director to drive operational excellence across all phases of project delivery.

Salary:
An employee contract which will include accomodation, travel allowance, relocation assistance. The salary will vary depending on years experience and can be paid in USD as a NET amount, it can be negotiated. This is a long term contract and you will be expected for around 5 years or more.
