- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance required
- Minimum 2 years of accounting experience
- Experience in payroll practices
- Excellent in communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft/Google Word and Excel
- Strong numeracy and analytical skills
- Good problem-solving and time management skills
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Ability to read and analyze financial reports
