Job Description:

This position supports productivity and profitability of the bank's cards acquisition business by:

• Establishing and managing relationship with Branch Partners in the assigned area
• Developing and growing sales volume and profitability level from assigned area
• Ensuring satisfactory branch support through timely response to inquiries or requests and resolution of issues and concerns of the branches
• Achieving established individual objectives and targets; consequently, contributing to the Team's overall objectives and targets.

Job Qualification:

• Education: College Graduate of any business course
• Work experience: At least 1 year of relevant sales, account or relationship management experience, preferably in the banking industry
• Knowledge Area: Knowledge of cards issuing & personal loan business, related policies, guidelines and regulatory standards
• Skills: Effective Communication & Negotiation Skills, Attention to Details, Computer Proficiency, Relationship Management Skills, Presentation Skills
• Willing to be assigned in Tuguegarao Cagayan.
