Job summary
The Collection Team Member is responsible for contacting customers with overdue accounts and performing administrative activities to recover outstanding payments.This role requires strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills to ensure timely collections while maintaining a professional, respectful, and empathetic approach.

- Contact customers via phone, email, and written correspondence to collect outstanding balances
- Negotiate repayment plans and settlements in line with company policies
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer communications and payment arrangements
