The Role
We're looking for a commercially minded Senior CPA Accountant who can balance accuracy with insight. This role goes beyond reporting — you'll be trusted to deliver financial clarity that drives decision-making across our operations in Australia and New Zealand.
Working closely with the Finance and Operations teams, you'll ensure our financial controls are rock-solid, our reporting is timely, and our leadership has the information needed to move fast and make smart calls.
About You
Must have:
- Minimum 5+ years' experience as a qualified accountant.
- Proven experience with NetSuite or similar ERP systems.
Ideally, you'll also bring:
- Experience in organisations with multiple revenue streams or operating entities.
- Strong grounding in financial controls, monthly reporting, and audit preparation.
- Understanding of International Accounting Standards.
- Experience with Simpro (advantageous but not essential).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across teams and locations.
- Proven initiative, with the ability to work autonomously and within a collaborative team.
- Exceptional attention to detail, strong organisation, and time management skills.
- A continuous improvement mindset and comfort working in a dynamic, evolving environment.
