Job summary
The Administrative Staff provides clerical documentation and operational support to ensure smooth daily operations.Responsibilities
- Maintain and organize company records such as purchase sales documents delivery receipts invoices inventory stock monitoring reports
- Coordinate with suppliers customers delivery personnel regarding schedules documentation
- Prepare basic reports for management handle office supplies filing systems administrative correspondence assist in compliance documentation related to BIR LGU DOLE requirements SSS PhilHealth Pag-IBIG records perform other administrative tasks as assigned by management
