Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone
- Provide information about the products and services, addressing customer questions and concerns.
- Handle customer complaints and issues
- Report on the status of the loads and any other news during the movement of the goods or package.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Documenting and completing the assigned logistics activities
Qualifications:
- Graduate of any 4 year-course / No BPO experience needed or Fresh Graduate
- Good Communication skills
- Knowledge in local cargo/logistics is a PLUS factor
- Amenable to work full-time onsite ( Ortigas,Pasig )
- Dayshift account
