    Job Summary:

    The Training Officer will directly report to the Manager, Technical Training. This role is responsible for communicating training announcements, consolidating training participants, and controlling all training records and documents.

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Assist technical training personnel with administrative-related concerns.
    • Evaluate the needs of technical instructors to ensure they can perform their functions effectively.
    • Maintain, control, and safeguard all documents and records related to training activities.
    • Perform other tasks assigned by the Head of Training and Manager, Technical Training regarding the function of the training officer.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree from any reputable institution.

    Desirable Qualifications:

    • Knowledge in instruction and/or learning design is an advantage.
    • Strong understanding of related administrative functions.

    Skills and Abilities:

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Energetic, determined, and highly capable disposition.
