    EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

    • 4-year college degree in applicable related field and 2-3 years of analytics and reporting experience OR
    • 4-6 years of analytics and reporting experience OR
    • 4-6 years of experience in Revenue Cycle Management
    • Healthcare experience preferred

    • Experience with various Patient Accounting systems is a plus
    • Demonstrated analytical skills, data presentation/visualization, and technical capabilities that allow summarization and interpretation of data to formulate insights for presentation to clients
    • Ability to source, gather, and integrate data and define requirements to develop reporting solutions
    • Knowledge of healthcare revenue cycle and multiple product lines preferred
    • Advanced ability to problem solve/troubleshoot technical issues or data anomalies
    • Advanced ability to take functional notes and manage tasks in compliance with operating procedures/processes

    KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERTISE

    • Proficient (advanced skill level) with desktop applications such as Microsoft Office (VBA is a plus)
    • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of relational database management systems such as Microsoft SQL Server, Apache Impala, ShowCase Query, MySQL Server, Microsoft Access, IBM DB2, or similar
    • Intermediate to advanced experience with Business Intelligence software such as Tableau, Power BI, MicroStrategy, or similar required
    • Experience with data science programming languages such as Python, R, Scala, or similar is a plus
    • Experience with ETL tools such as SSIS, Alteryx, or similar required
