    Effectively manage a team of customer sales associates according to New Era guidelines while meeting or exceeding sales goals

    Responsibilities

    Lead and inspire a team of sales agents to deliver excellent levels of individual/team performance and customer satisfaction
    Work closely with the team in achieving goals and targets.
    Conducts coaching and constant motivation to deliver targets.
    Conduct 1on 1's and team meetings.
    Keeping up to date with business development and new product lines.

    Manage day-to-day line activities, prioritize and make risk/impact assessments within existing processes and procedures towards achieving SLAs and sales quota.

    Ensure training and development plans are maintained for all team members.
    Manage the fair and consistent application of performance management and disciplinary measures as necessary.
    Support the Country General Manager to achieve business targets, objectives and create a performance-orientated culture.
    Qualifications

    Minimum of 2 years' experience within a contact center environment as a Sales Team Leader
    Experience in Solar lead generation accounts
    Provides excellent sales drive and possesses professional sales techniques
    Excellent leadership, coaching, motivating, people management, and development, excellent communication skills
    Ability to deal with demanding customers and escalations
    Has both analytical and critical thinking during challenging situations
    Exercises creative thinking and thinks outside the box
    Excellent in multitasking
    Excellent time management skills
    Excellent written and verbal communications.
