This role is responsible for driving sales performance, ensuring smooth operations, and providing hands-on support for franchise partners.
Responsibilities
- Operational Audit & Quality Control: Conduct frequent, structured audits of all Davao locations to score them on Quality, Service, and Cleanliness (QSC).
- Franchees Support & New Store Set-Up: Lead the on-site setup for new franchise locations in Davao.
