- Conduct accurate and insightful analysis of business trends, presenting findings to Business Partners for informed decision-making and value creation initiatives.
- Collaborate with Sales Managers to review sales results, preparing reports on volume, trade spend, revenue trends, and stock levels.
- Communicate monthly results and variance analysis to Sales Managers, proactively identifying and recommending solutions for performance, forecast, or business trend issues.
- Lead and enhance the forecasting process, working with the Business Control department to improve the quality of rolling forecasts.
- Responsible for annual and multi-year budget planning, providing guidance to the Sales team in forecast preparation, and ensuring timely submission of forecasts and budgets.
- Analyze sales plans in collaboration with Sales Managers, aligning them with the multi-year brand plan process.
- Manage targets for the Commercial team and distributors, creating tools and templates for forecast preparation and analysis.
- Track all FTT contracts, follow up on target fulfillment and payments, and drive quarterly performance reviews. Automate FTT follow-up processes and identify risks and opportunities in customer contracts for Sales Managers.
- Take a leadership role in the suite of tools used by Commercial teams, including Qlik Sense, Salesforce, SAP FTT tool.
- Collaborate with Regional and Global IT teams to ensure tools are suitable for the business, advocate for new developments, and actively participate in associated tool communities.
- Provide user training, support, and onboarding for new team members.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
- Min 4-5 years of proven experience in sales planning, sales strategy, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and market trends.
- Knowledge of Salesforce, Power BI, Qlik sense, SQL
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in sales planning and analysis software.
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
