We are actively seeking a Senior Software Engineer who is highly motivated and excels in the art of crafting elegant code. This engineer's unwavering commitment lies in consistently delivering functional software solutions that meet the client's needs, prioritizing early and consistent delivery.

Your Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and enhance software applications.
• Enhance software quality by implementing Scrum practices such as code review and unit testing.
• Collaborate with Product Owners/Business Analysts to refine user stories.
• Assist Quality Assurance (QA) in test automation and bug fixes.
• Support DevOps in build and release automation.
• Prepare interface specifications and other architectural documents.
• Adhere to the principles of the Software Craftsmanship Manifesto.
• Identify potential technical challenges and guide the team in solving complex technical problems.
• Provide advice, coaching, and development opportunities to support the growth of software engineers.
• Communicate with business users, technical teams, and management to gather requirements, coordinate efforts across teams, and identify tasks while providing accurate estimates.
• Grasp business domain concepts and manage stakeholder requirements effectively.
• Prioritize tasks, communicate clearly, and demonstrate a consistent track record of delivery and exceptional software engineering skills.

Requirements:

What We're Looking For:

• A degree in Computer Science, Computer or Electronics Engineering, Information Technology, or related disciplines.
• Familiarity with cloud-native technology.
• Proficiency in Clean Code, Design Patterns, and Unit Testing.
• Knowledge of multi-paradigm programming languages.
• Experience with Java Spring Framework, Angular, Apache Spark, Data Engineering, ETL will be advantageous.
• Technical knowledge and experience in designing and developing applications in an AWS cloud environment (RDS, Glue, Lambda, MSK) will be advantageous.
• Working experience in Agile and UX development environments is an added advantage.
