- Provide on-site after-sales technical support for Solar PV, BESS, and inverters.
- Perform installation guidance, commissioning, grid-connection support, troubleshooting, and equipment repair.
- Respond promptly to customer service requests and ensure high service quality in line with SLA requirements.
- Diagnose technical issues on-site or remotely, coordinating with internal teams for complex problem resolution.
- Maintain accurate service reports, maintenance records, and technical documentation.
- Support spare parts management and provide feedback on parts usage and demand.
- Manage service operations, including process optimization, service offers, and proposals.
- Oversee service partner management, including contracting and performance evaluation.
- Plan and coordinate tasks with other divisions to ensure timely project completion.
- Organize and participate in customer relations activities to support long-term cooperation.
- Conduct basic technical training for customers and local partners when required.
- Communicate effectively with management, sales teams, service partners, and customers.
- Support service sales activities to achieve annual targets (optional).
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Renewable Energy, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in energy storage, battery systems, or power electronics.
- At least 3 years of hands-on Solar PV experience, including installation and commissioning.
- 2–3 years of practical, hands-on experience in Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS).
- Familiarity with BESS architecture, including battery, PCS, BMS, EMS, and protection systems.
- Experience with lithium-ion battery systems is highly preferred.
- Strong troubleshooting and field service capabilities.
- In-depth technical knowledge of energy storage systems (BESS) and PV inverters.
- Project management skills, especially in international and multi-stakeholder environments.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and negotiation skills.
- Customer-focused, proactive, and able to work independently.
- Strong commitment, responsiveness, leadership, and teamwork abilities.
- Proficient in English; knowledge of Chinese is a plus.
- Advanced proficiency with computer programs/software (e.g., Microsoft Office).
- Knowledge of SCADA systems is an advantage.
- Willingness to travel within the Philippines for site support.
- Must possess a valid driver's license.
- Able to drive a four-wheel vehicle for regular field assignments and site visits.
