Job summary
The Collections Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily collection operations,supervising collection staff,ensuring compliance with company policies and legalregulations,and driving recovery performance.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage daily activities of the collections team
- Mnitor individual and team collection performance against set targets
- Assign and monitor accounts,workloads,and follow-up actions
- Ensure compliance with company policies,collection standards,and applicablelaws
- Review collection calls,messages,and documentation for quality and accuracy Handle escalated or sensitive accounts and client concerns
- Prepare and submit daily,weekly,and monthly collection reports
- li️Coordinate with legal/accounting/operations teams when necessary/li>, li>,Conduct coaching,traning.and perfonnance evaluations.of collectors Implement corrective actions.and improvement plans when targets are not met/liliMaintain accurate records.and documentation of collectlon activites /ul>
