- Manage client calendars, schedules, and appointments
- Draft, edit, and proofread communication materials
- Liaise with consultants, presenters, and internal teams
- Assist in planning and executing communication projects
- Ensure accurate documentation and timely follow-ups
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Skilled in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive)
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
