    We are seeking highly skilled and experienced professionals to fill a Non-Voice Customer Service Representative position in our company.


    This role involves providing exceptional customer service via chat and/or email, while resolving customer issues efficiently and professionally. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent written communication abilities, and the ability to multitask effectively.

    • No less than 18 months of experience working as an International BPO agent

    • Previous experience working in non-voice roles such as chat or email support is considered a significant advantage

    • Senior High School (SHS) graduate; High School Graduate (Old Curriculum)
