Reports directly to the COO;
Responsible for timely submission of monthly financial statement to the management;Responsible for the overall operations of the Finance and accounting department thatincludes payables, receivables, payroll and tax preparation;Handles all bank transactions including loans applications and payments and documentationsof credit line applications;Analysis and reviews monthly financial reports and prepares quarterly financial reporting tothe President, including inventory and accounts receivables;Coordinates and regularly communicates with our foreign suppliers/principals regarding thestatus of our payables and making sure the accounts were paid on time;Attends regular management committee meeting and regular coordination meeting with otherdepartment heads;
