    Open Quantity Surveyor Roles:

    • Junior Quantity Surveyor for CSA
    • Quantity Surveyor for MEPFS and CSA
    • Senior Quantity Surveyor for Mechanical
    • Senior Quantity Surveyor for Electrical

    Duties and Responsibilities

    • To develop detailed cost estimates for construction projects based on design specifications;
    • To oversee the preparation of tender documents and manage the bidding process
    • To oversee contract compliance, ensuring that all parties adhere to terms and conditions
    • To evaluate, assess and manage change orders, ensuring proper documentation and justification.
    • To analyze project designs to identify opportunities for cost savings without compromising quality.
    • To ensure cost estimates are on par with industry standards.

    Qualifications

    • 1 to 3 years of Quantity Surveying in construction, and budget management
    • Specific experience in housing and affordable housing construction projects is preferred
    • Preferably a Licensed Civil Engineer

    Knowledge

    • House and Land Development Process
    • Engineering Tools and Programs (i.e., Autocad)
    • Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD
    • MS Office applications
    • Business Ethics Frameworks

    Skills

    • Excellent Cost estimating Skills
    • Strategic and analytical thinking and execution
    • Excellent communication skills (oral and written)
