E-Commerce & Dealer Sales Associate - Quezon City

Main Purpose of the Role
Manage end-to-end e-commerce operations and dealer sales to drive revenue growth and meet sales targets. Execute daily e-commerce transactions, coordinate platform optimization, manage independent dealer sales, and analyze performance data to generate actionable insights while maintaining high standards of customer service and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
E-Commerce Operations
- Execute order fulfillment, refunds, returns, and transactions according to company and e-commerce platform SLAs, policies, and procedures
- Ensure sales and delivery data consistency between e-commerce platforms and company ERP
- Align e-commerce product portfolio, promotions, and pricing with overall sales initiatives
- Coordinate setup, content updates, troubleshooting, and optimization of all e-commerce platforms
- Conduct research to generate strategies and actionable ideas based on data-driven insights
- Drive e-commerce sales performance and meet targets set by Senior Management
- Communicate timely with e-commerce clients via chat, email, or calls in alignment with company and platform standards
Sales to Dealers
- Align partner product portfolio, promotions, and pricing with overall sales initiatives
- Own and manage sales to independent Versa dealers
- Identify opportunities to grow dealer sales while maintaining compliance with company policies
Sales Analytics
- Analyze past performance of product collections, logistics, and campaigns to optimize sales effectiveness
- Evaluate service quality and customer satisfaction metrics to recommend improvements
- Recommend service operations and standard operating procedures to enhance overall efficiency
Additional Responsibilities
- Perform other duties as assigned from time to time
Requirements
Work Experience
- Minimum 1 year experience as an E-commerce Associate, preferably with channels such as Shopee, Lazada, and Amazon, OR
- 2 to 3 years experience in Telesales or e-commerce sales
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing Management or any Business course
