Role Overview

  As a Sourcing Specialist at PeoplePartners, you'll sit at the very top of the recruitment funnel — where strategy, research, and persistence come together. This is where the search begins.
  
• Your mission is simple but powerful: find the talent others can't. From uncovering passive candidates to building strong talent pipelines across international markets, you'll play a key role in fueling recruitment success for our global clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Seek (JobStreet), and social platforms.
  
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for AU, US, Canada, NZ clients and other international markets.
  
• Develop outreach strategies to engage passive candidates.
  
• Execute referral campaigns and alternative sourcing initiatives.
  
• Track and report sourcing metrics and KPIs.
  
• Collaborate with recruiters to refine talent sourcing strategies.
  
• Maintain candidate data and pipeline records in the ATS (Zoho Recruit or similar).
  
• Monitor market trends and sourcing techniques to improve results.
  

Requirements

Required Qualifications (Must-Have):

• 2+ years of sourcing or recruitment experience.
  
• Strong experience using LinkedIn Recruiter.
  
• Experience sourcing candidates through Seek / JobStreet.
  
• Familiarity with ATS platforms (Zoho Recruit or similar).
  
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment with sourcing KPIs.
  
• Strong written communication and candidate engagement skills.
  
• Ability to manage multiple pipelines and sourcing campaigns.
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting AU, US, or NZ recruitment markets.
  
• Experience sourcing for hard-to-fill or specialist roles.
  
• Familiarity with referral campaigns and alternative sourcing channels.

Work Details

• Work Setup: Hybrid (PH-based) - MON - WED = Remote | TH & FRI = Onsite.
  
• Schedule: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM | Day-shift.
  
• Markets Supported: Australia, US, New Zealand & Canada.
  
• Employment Type: Full-time.
