Job Description

We are seeking a creative and proactive Marketing Specialist to manage our online presence and create engaging content aligned with brand campaigns and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare, and manage monthly content calendars aligned with brand campaigns and objectives
• Create, schedule, and publish content across social media platforms (Meta platforms, TikTok, etc.)
• Manage and maintain the brand's social media pages
• Engage with the brand's online community by responding to messages, comments, and feedback in a timely manner
• Address customer concerns and coordinate with relevant internal teams when needed
• Monitor basic content performance and recommend improvements

Qualifications

• Experience in social media management or content creation
• Strong writing and communication skills
• Creative, organized, and detail-oriented
• Comfortable appearing on camera for content creation (e.g., videos, reels, TikTok)
• Familiar with social media trends and basic analytics
• Must be willing to be assigned in Balintawak, Quezon City

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month
