About the role
We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Call Centre Agent to join our team at Fashion Accessories Shop Miyam' in Antipolo City Rizal. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service to our clients, handling inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and efficient manner.
What you'll be doing
- Answering incoming calls from customers and addressing their inquiries or concerns
- Providing accurate information about our products and services
- Assisting customers with placing orders, handling returns and exchanges, and answering general questions
- Escalating complex issues to supervisors as needed
- Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions
- Adhering to company policies and procedures to ensure a consistent customer experience
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of our customer service operations
What we're looking for
- Previous experience in a customer service or call centre role, preferably within the retail or fashion industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to efficiently handle customer inquiries and resolve issues
- Proficiency in English and the local language, with the ability to speak clearly and concisely
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and call handling systems
- A passion for providing exceptional customer service and a commitment to the Fashion Accessories Shop Miyam' brand
