    Job Description

    We wish to inform you that DSWD Field Office VII has the following vacant Contract of Service position:

    One (1) slot for Training Specialist II

    Status of Employment : Contract of Service

    Division/Program : Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program

    Salary Grade : SG 15 (36,

    Place of Assignment : Field Office VII

    Minimum Qualification Standards:

    Education : Bachelor's Degree relevant to the job

    Training : At least 4 hours relevant training

    Experience : At least 1 year relevant experience

    Eligibility : None Required

    Preferred Qualification Standards:

    Education

    : Bachelor's Degree relevant to the job preferably

    Psychology, and Education graduate

    Primary Tasks:

    1.Facilitates the implementation of capability building activities at the regional level of Pantawid Pamilya

    2.Monitors and prepares feedback reports relative to the conduct of capability building activities of the Pantawid Pamiya

    3.Develops training requirements such as visual aids and training materials and aids to ensure effectiveness

    4.Monitors and assist conduct of re-echo trainings at the municipal levels:

    5.Conducts evaluation directly with participants and makes required recommendation to improve effectiveness of future training programs

    6.Facilitates the establishment and maintenance of database of participants of the Pantawid Pamilya

    7.Prepares project proposals on capability building activities in coordination with the IDU of the region

    8.Performs other related task relative to Pantawid Pamilya implementation

    9.Monitors the training database

    10.Perform other related task as assigned by the section head
