We are seeking a talented Email and SMS Copywriter to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for crafting engaging and persuasive email and SMS marketing messages tailored to the e-commerce industry.

As an Email and SMS Copywriter, you will collaborate closely with our internal teams to develop compelling content that drives customer engagement, retention, and conversion.

If you have a keen understanding of e-commerce trends, experience working with Email Service Providers (ESPs), and a knack for writing effective copy, we encourage you to apply.

Roles & Responsibilities:
Write clear marketing copy to promote our products/servicesSubmit work to editors for input and approvalCoordinate with marketing and design teams to illustrate emailsIdentify customers' needs and gaps in our content and recommend new topicsAttention to detail: Ensure all-around consistency (style, fonts, images, and tone)

Proofread emails for clarity, grammar, and spellingSkills & Requirements:
At least 2 years of work experience as a Direct Response Copywriter, Content Writer, Email/SMS Copywriter, Email marketing specialist, or similar rolesKnows using Klaviyo and other ESPsPortfolio is requiredGood research skillsAbility to meet deadlinesCreativeProblem solverWillingness to learn and growExcellent writing and editing skills in EnglishUnderstands how to use different tonalities in their writingGood to have:Knowledge or experience in the e-commerce, digital marketing, and email marketing spaceKnowledge or experience working with digital marketing agencies
