    About The Role

    We seek an experienced Assistant Manager / Manager – Talent Acquisition to lead and execute recruitment strategies for both executive and non-executive roles in the iGaming industry. This role oversees the end-to-end hiring process, develops strong talent pipelines, drives employer branding initiatives, and enhances recruitment analytics. The ideal candidate serves as a strategic partner to hiring managers and business leaders, ensuring the organization attracts and retains top-tier talent.

    Work Locations

    Manila (Philippines) or Colombo (Sri Lanka)

    Key Responsibilities

    1. Strategic Talent Acquisition & Recruitment Operations
    2. Develop, manage, and optimize job descriptions based on industry trends and market salary benchmarks.
    3. Conduct market research on salary, benefits, and hiring trends to advise leadership on competitive positioning.
    4. Oversee talent sourcing strategies, utilizing job boards, ATS, executive search, and headhunting techniques.
    5. Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical and leadership roles.
    6. Lead candidate screening, assessments, and evaluations to ensure the best hiring decisions.
    7. Partner with hiring managers to drive structured interview processes and improve selection efficiency.
    8. Lead offer negotiations to secure top talent while maintaining internal equity.
    9. Employer Branding & Candidate Experience
    10. Collaborate with marketing and corporate teams to develop employer branding strategies.
    11. Enhance pre-onboarding engagement, ensuring new hires have a smooth transition.
    12. Oversee onboarding logistics, including assets, access, and system setup.
    13. Implement post-onboarding check-ins (2-4 weeks) to ensure a positive new hire experience.
    14. Recruitment Analytics & Process Improvement
    15. Track and analyze recruitment KPIs (e.g., time-to-hire, sourcing effectiveness, and candidate experience scores).
    16. Utilize data insights to improve hiring strategies and optimize recruitment operations.
    17. Provide reports and recommendations to leadership on hiring effectiveness and workforce planning.

    Requirements

    1. Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Social Science/Sociology or equivalent
    2. At least 5 years' experience in Human Resources, specializing in talent acquisition/recruitment
    3. Experience in the iGaming industry is an added advantage
    4. Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
    5. Proficient in both English and Chinese languages
    6. Possess strong sense of ownership and responsibility, and a strong team player
