Job summary
The position of Credit and Collections Specialist will need to ensure that all outstanding debts are collected on time.This role is critical in managing credit and collections processes, ensuring timely payment collection and minimizing credit risks.
This includes reaching target sets and KPIs, implementing relevant policies and procedures,
and creating reports to discuss with stakeholders for debt updates.
- Debt Collection: Telephone chasing of past and future debts on designated accounts.
- Liaise with sales teams on a regular basis to keep them informed about debt collection.
